St. Paul's Commune with Nature Canoe Trip

On Tuesday, August 19, 2003, four families from St. Paul's congregation including Rev. Ted and his family and led by Sylvia and Peter Oldenziel, took part in a 3-day canoe and camping trip in the Haliburton Highlands.  Blessed with beautiful weather, gorgeous scenery, spectacular sunrises and incredible starry night skies, those of us who participated had a great time though none of us would ever make it on "Survivor".  Upon our arrival back home, we were all thankful and much more appreciative of our comfortable cozy beds and the modern conveniences of home.  Below are several pictures from our memorable trip.
